Please take a moment to get familiar with our leasing requirements and
Residents are required to have an annual income that is equal to 45 times the amount of the
monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $1,500.00 a month, an applicant must document no
less than $67,500.00 of income ($1,500.00 x 45). If the apartment has two applicants, the sum
of both applicants will be considered.
If you are looking to have a guarantor co-sign, they must also apply and have a documented
income equal to 80 times the monthly rent. The co-signer must reside in the United States.
The standard security deposit is one month’s rent. Additional security monies may be required
if the management deems it necessary during the application process. Security deposits will
earn interest subject to bank regulations. If you fulfill all the terms of your lease, the interest
will be refunded minus a 1% administrative fee to which the owner is entitled.
An application can be approved and processed within 24 hours provided the applicant has
submitted all the required documents. Once an application becomes fully approved, the lease
must be signed within 72 hours.

At the time of your lease signing you will need certified check or bank check. A leasing
agent will contact you via e-mail with all the details prior to the signing.
